Information We Collect
We collect only the personal details we need to deliver your booking:
Contact details
Your name, phone number (including WhatsApp, if you contact us that way) and email address.
Location
The address of your home or hotel in London, including a hotel name and room number where relevant.
Booking details
The treatment, date, time, session length and therapist preference you choose.
Health information you choose to share
For example pregnancy, injuries, recent operations, medical conditions, allergies or medication, so that your therapist can treat you safely.
Messages
Anything you send us by phone, email or WhatsApp. The booking form on our contact page stores nothing on this website: it simply opens WhatsApp with your details so that you can send them to us.
We do not see or store your full card details. See “Payment Security” below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to:
- confirm your booking and take payment;
- send a therapist to your address and coordinate their arrival time;
- adapt your treatment safely, using any health information you have shared;
- update you about your booking and send aftercare information;
- process refunds and handle any complaint;
- meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records for tax purposes.
Our Legal Basis
UK data protection law requires a legal basis for each use of your information:
| Use | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Arranging, delivering and taking payment for your booking | Performance of a contract with you, or steps you ask us to take before entering one |
| Health information you share for your treatment | Your explicit consent |
| Keeping financial and booking records | Legal obligation |
| Answering enquiries, handling complaints and keeping our service safe | Our legitimate interests |
You can withdraw your consent to us using your health information at any time. If you do, your therapist may be unable to treat you safely, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Who We Share Your Information With
Your therapist
Only the therapist assigned to your booking receives your name, address, contact number and any health information relevant to your treatment.
Our payment provider
Our card payment provider processes your payment securely on our behalf.
Service providers
The companies that host our website and email process data only on our instructions.
Authorities
If the law requires us to share information, for example with HMRC or the police.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Your personal information and booking history are kept strictly confidential. We never sell or rent them, and we never share them with third-party marketing agencies.
Payment Security
Advance payments are handled through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We never store your full card number or other raw financial credentials.
How Long We Keep Your Information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Booking and payment records | For as long as HMRC record-keeping rules require (usually up to six years) |
| Health information shared for a treatment | Only as long as we need it to treat you safely and deal with any follow-up or complaint |
| Enquiries that did not lead to a booking | Up to 12 months |
After these periods, we delete your information or anonymise it.
Keeping Your Information Secure
Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to deliver your booking. If any of our providers store data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as UK law requires.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted, where we no longer need to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use your information;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, call us on +44 7460 672100. There is no charge, and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first on +44 7460 672100. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you updated until it is resolved.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

This website uses only the essential cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this section and ask for your consent first.
