Central London Boroughs and Neighbourhoods We Cover
Central London is where hotels, offices and some of the city’s oldest residential streets sit side by side, so our therapists are as likely to be setting up in a Mayfair suite as in a Georgian terrace in Islington. These are the seven boroughs this page covers:
City of Westminster
Mayfair, Marylebone, St James’s, Soho, Covent Garden, Belgravia, Pimlico, Paddington and Bayswater, home to many of London’s best-known hotels and the West End’s theatres.
City of London
The Square Mile, from the Barbican and St Paul’s Cathedral to Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street, where serviced apartments sit among the offices.
Camden
Bloomsbury, King’s Cross, Camden Town, Kentish Town, Belsize Park and Hampstead, including the hotels around St Pancras International.
Islington
Angel, Clerkenwell, Highbury, Canonbury and Holloway, a mix of Georgian squares, converted warehouses and modern flats.
Kensington and Chelsea
Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Earl’s Court.
Lambeth
The South Bank and Waterloo, Vauxhall, Kennington, Stockwell, Brixton and Clapham.
Southwark
London Bridge, Bankside, Borough, Bermondsey, Walworth, Peckham and Dulwich.
Battersea, Nine Elms and Putney are on our South West London page, and Shoreditch and Canary Wharf are covered under East London.
Massage in Your Central London Hotel
Many of our Central London clients are hotel guests, and a massage in your room works best when the hotel knows to expect a visitor. This is how a hotel booking runs:
Send the hotel name and room number
Message us on WhatsApp with the hotel, your room number and the name the booking is under. If you are not checked in yet, the hotel name and your arrival time are enough to start.
Tell reception a therapist is coming
Many hotels ask visitors to be announced at the front desk or collected from the lobby. A quick word with reception, or a note through the hotel app, avoids a wait downstairs.
Clear a little floor space
The table needs an area about 3 m by 2.5 m. In a compact room, moving a chair, desk stool or luggage rack is usually enough; if you are unsure, send us a photo of the room and we will tell you.
Stay where you are afterwards
Your therapist packs away the table and takes every used towel and sheet with them, so the room is exactly as you left it and you can go straight to sleep.
Serviced apartments and short-lets work the same way. Include the building entry code, the concierge desk or the key-safe instructions in your message, and say which floor the flat is on if there is no lift.
After a Flight, a Train or a Long Day in Town
Central London is where a lot of journeys end. The Heathrow Express runs into Paddington, Eurostar trains arrive at St Pancras International, and the Elizabeth line carries Heathrow passengers straight to Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon and Liverpool Street. A massage in your room after a long-haul flight or an early train is one of the simplest ways to loosen a stiff back and get to sleep at a sensible hour on local time.
The same goes for long days in town. We see clients after late finishes in the City, after a day on their feet at a trade show or a museum, and after an evening in a West End theatre. Because we work 24 hours a day, a booking after the curtain comes down is as normal for us as a mid-afternoon one.
Which Massage to Book in Central London
All seven of our treatments are available across Central London. These are the ones most often matched to the reasons people book here:
The classic full-body relaxation massage, a natural choice after a flight or a day of meetings.
Slow, firm work for shoulders and necks stiff from long hours at a desk or on a laptop.
Warmed oil for a cold, wet evening in town or a jet-lagged night.
A gentle, scented massage when the aim is to switch off completely.
Two therapists in your hotel suite for an anniversary, a proposal weekend or a city break.
Before or after the Royal Parks Half Marathon in Hyde Park, or the London Marathon finish on The Mall.
Fully clothed, stretch-based work for travellers who want to move rather than lie still.

Central London Massage FAQs
Can you come to my hotel in Central London?
Yes. We visit any hotel that allows guests to receive visitors in their room. Send the hotel name and room number when you book, and let the front desk know a massage therapist is coming, as some hotels collect visitors from the lobby.
Is there an extra charge for the Congestion Charge zone or ULEZ?
No. Travel is included in every price, wherever you are in London, so a session in Westminster or the City costs the same as one in an outer borough.
Can I book a massage late at night after the theatre?
Yes. We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Message us when you know roughly what time you will be back, and we will confirm an arrival time before you pay.
Is my hotel room big enough for a massage table?
The table needs a clear area of about 3 m by 2.5 m. Most standard double rooms have this once a chair or luggage rack is moved. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the room on WhatsApp.
Do you visit serviced apartments and short-let flats?
Yes. Include the entry code, concierge details or key-safe instructions in your message, and tell us which floor the flat is on if the building has no lift.
Do you only visit certain hotels?
No. We have no exclusive hotel partnerships; you book us directly, as a guest, for your own room.
